Casual Worker Agreement


This Casual Worker Agreement (sometimes referred to as ‘zero hours’ or casual contract), is to be used when you need to employ staff in your business to work on an ad-hoc, casual basis without any guaranteed hours.  The terms contained within this document, give the staff member worker status and all associated worker employment rights. This is not for self-employed staff.  It should be accompanied by the Casual Staff Handbook.

This Contract of Employment is to be used when you are taking on an employee whether on a permanent, temporary or fixed term basis.
